Rep. Crocker and Barnstable Youth Advisory Commission to Host Blood Drive
OSTERVILLE – Representative Will Crocker (R-Centerville) and the Barnstable Youth Advisory Commission have teamed up with the American Red Cross of Massachusetts to host a blood drive to address the blood shortage brought on by the current public health crisis. The blood drive will be held on Friday May 29th, 2020 from 1:00 to 6:00 PM at the Osterville Village Library, located at 43 Wianno Ave Osterville, MA 02655.
Due to current social distancing guidelines, walk ins will not be accepted. Those who wish to donate blood must sign up in advance either by visiting www.RedCrossBlood.org or by calling 1-800-233-2767.
The Barnstable Youth Advisory Commission was founded by Representative Crocker in 2019 and is an organization made up of students from public and private high schools within the Second Barnstable District to foster civic engagement and address local issues.
