HYANNIS, MA— Over 150 supporters attended a fundraiser Saturday afternoon at Barnstable Brewing to support State Representative Will Crocker in his bid for re-election in November.

Governor Baker told attendees, "Will’s one of those guys who gets it. Will goes at it every day, just rolls up his sleeves and gets the work done. Because of that he’s gotten a whole lot accomplished in his community in his first term. He's joined me to fight the opioid epidemic and provide law enforcement with the training and support they need. He's a strong voice and active representative for Barnstable and Yarmouth."

Crocker said, “I am proud to have the support of Governor Baker along with Lt. Governor Karyn Polito. Having a direct line of communication to the administration has allowed me to accomplish much more than most freshman legislators do in their first term.”

Will Crocker has worked closely with the Baker/Polito Administration on obtaining funding for the Barnstable Homeless Outreach Coordinator, coastal restoration at Blish Point, planning and development of the Oceanside Performing Arts Center in Hyannis, and the study and business plan of the Barnstable Applied Climate/Resiliency Center. In his second term, Will looks forward to continuing his work on battling the opioid epidemic, helping homeless individuals and families, supporting law enforcement and veterans, and promoting tourism.

Will Crocker lives in Centerville with his wife Judy. Prior to becoming state representative, Will served as a Barnstable Town Councilor. Will is a Barnstable High School graduate who spent 30 years in the radio and television industry before trading in his microphone in 2010 to help inmates in Bristol County obtain their high school diplomas, giving them a better chance of success after their release. Will is a native Cape Codder who has spent most of his life living and working in the 2nd Barnstable District. For more information about Will Crocker, please visit his website at
